Improvements to our Android and Mac device management
Based on customer feedback, we increased our focus on improving security elements of our Android and Mac device management. Earlier this year, Miradore introduced macOS patch management, reinforcing the security of devices by swiftly addressing vulnerabilities. Premium users can now effortlessly report on patch status, run pilot tests, allowlist/blocklist patches, and automate updates for both macOS and Windows devices.

We have also enhanced the FileVault security feature with the possibility to escrow the personal recovery key. This improvement empowers IT administrators to access data encrypted with FileVault for users facing password-related challenges.

In 2023, we released the Fully Managed with Work Profile management for Android devices. The beta version boasts a modern look and simplifies the enrollment process, making it easier for users to compare different methods and manage multi-device enrollment effortlessly. Users now have the option to choose whether enrollment credentials will be sent via email, and the ability to download and reuse configuration files further streamlines the process for multi-device enrollment.
