This article collects information about subscription plans, payments, and invoicing.
Miradore subscription plans
You can select from the following Miradore plans:
- Free plan
- Premium plan
- Premium+ plan

Free trial
You can have a free trial for 14 days to try the full feature set of the Premium plan. You can extend this 14-day free trial period for 7 days on one occasion. Also, you can have a free feature trial, for example, for the Remote support feature of the Premium+ plan. The free feature trial is available for both Free plan and Premium plan customers. The feature trial is available for customers already during the 14-day free Premium trial period.
Payment methods
The payment methods available for settling the subscription fees are credit card and invoice payment. If you select the credit card payment, you have the option to pay monthly, or can also pay annually, using the 12-month credit card payment option.
You can register and manage credit card information for settling the subscription fees and you can manage the company contact address and the billing address. Learn more.
Subscription details
You can check your detailed subscription information in Miradore on System > Subscription, which includes, for example, the current subscription plan details, information for the upcoming subscription period, and subscription and billing history.
On the Subscription tab, you can get useful information, such as:
- Current plan
- Subscription period
- Number of licenses
- Annual and monthly costs
- Next license review date
Changing your subscription plan
You can change your subscription plan according to your business needs. In Miradore, you can change the subscription plans on System > Subscription, or you can access the subscription plans also by clicking the green Upgrade button at the top-right corner of the Miradore UI.
Suspended subscriptions
If the invoice for the subscription is overdue, Miradore reserves the right to suspend the subscription and to deny the access to the Miradore site. If a subscription is suspended, the paid functions of Miradore are not available.
