The Miradore Premium+ plan provides advanced device management by offering integration for automated user management and a tool for instant device user support.
In addition to the Premium plan features, the Premium+ plan contains the following features:

Remote support
The Premium+ plan offers a Remote support feature to access, or control end-users' devices remotely. With this feature, you can:
- Provide device users with fast and efficient support with their Android, Windows, macOS, and iOS devices.
- Easily view and control your organization's devices instantly. The remote control is not available for iOS devices.
- Run tasks on a device in admin mode.
You can request a free trial for the Remote support feature, which is available both for Free plan and Premium plan customers.
Integrations
The Premium+ subscription plan allows you to integrate Miradore with applications that support your business. This feature provides the connection to Entra ID for automated end user management. With the integration, you can easily add device users to Miradore and keep their data updated. With the connection, you can sync all the user data or create filters for specific purposes.
