Managing your subscription details

This article describes how to review your Miradore subscription details. The following instructions cover credit card payments. We also offer an invoice option. See About payment methods for more information.

Review your subscription details

You can see all your subscription details on the Subscription page by navigating to System > Subscription. To review the details of the current subscription, go to the Subscription tab. Here, you can also change your credit card or update company-related information when needed. See instructions for more details.

Depending on your selected payment method, different details are available on the Subscription tab.

Credit card payment

The following information is available on the Subscription tab if you have chosen payment by credit card:

• Current plan: Your current subscription plan.
• Subscription period: Your selected subscription period (monthly or annual).
• Monthly subscription cost: Your total monthly subscription cost. The following information is provided:
  • • Licenses: The number of device licenses you have purchased, that is, the number of enrolled devices.
    • Unit price: The price of a single license.
    • Subtotal: The total cost of your purchased licenses before additional charges.
    • VAT (%): The country-specific percentage of Value Added Tax (VAT) applied on your purchase.
    • Total: The total cost of your purchased licenses with additional charges.
• Subscription started: The date when your subscription started.
• Next billing date: The date on which you will be billed next.

Invoice payment

The following information is available on the Subscription tab if you have chosen payment by invoice:

• Current plan: Your current subscription plan.
• Payment method: Your selected payment method.
• Contracted licenses: The number of device licenses you have purchased. This value represents the maximum number of devices included in your subscription.
• Used licenses: The number of device licenses currently in use. The value is automatically updated on a daily basis.
• Remaining licenses: The number of device licenses that are still available before reaching the purchased limit. It is calculated as the difference between the contracted and used licenses.
• Payment interval: Your payment interval, expressed in months.
• Next invoice date: The date on which your next invoice is sent.

On the Subscription period tab, you can view the details of the next payment period and modify the number of additional device licenses.

Changing the subscription plan

If you want to change your subscription plan, go to the Subscription plans tab on the Subscription page. Learn more.

Review your billing history

In case you want to review your credit card invoices, go to the Billing history tab. To view the invoice, click on the arrow at the rightmost end of the row.

The document icon opens a PDF document of the invoice. The same document is also sent to the email address of the billing contact.
