When the subscription gets suspended
In Miradore's annual credit card payment option, device management licenses are purchased in advance for the next 12 months. If the number of enrolled devices exceeds the number of the annual licenses purchased, additional licenses will be charged that month, based on the monthly license price. The site subscription gets suspended status when any of these credit card payments are late for 30 days or longer. If this is the case, the user is informed about the situation with a banner on the site.
On the suspended site, all paid features of Miradore stop working. In this case, for example, application and some configuration profile deployments get stuck in a queue.
Restoring the site subscription
If your subscription is suspended, paying the overdue payments will restore the site. You may view your payment details from the Billing history tab (System > Subscription) in Miradore. There are different reasons why the payment fails, but quite often, it is an issue related to a credit card. Check your credit card details from the Subscription tab on the same page.
If there is an issue with the credit card, updating the credit card information will automatically start the billing process, and all the overdue payments will be charged at once. Settling the payments will remove the suspension from the site, and all its features are available again.
If you know that the payment issue is not related to your credit card, please contact your account manager or our support.
