Import users using a CSV file

Updated on June 26th, 2026

Learn how to import device users into your Miradore site in bulk using a CSV file.

Prepare your CSV file

You can either create the CSV file yourself or download our template.

CSV file requirements

Keep the following in mind when preparing your CSV file:

  • The file must contain data in the following format: email address, first name, last name, middle initial, phone number.
  • The following values are required: email address, first name, last name, phone number. Including a value for middle initial is optional.
  • If the user has no middle initial, use a double delimiter in its place.
    Example: jane.doe@example.com, Jane, Doe,, +1-202-123-4567
  • The phone number must be in international format.
    Example: +1-202-123-4567
  • Spaces between the delimiters do not affect the data.
  • Values are imported exactly as entered. For example, if you type a first name with a lowercase letter, it will appear that way in Miradore.
  • Both .txt and .csv file extensions are accepted.
