Minor improvements and bug fixes

This release also brings a vast amount of smaller improvements and bug fixes, including:

  • User interface now remembers selected columns as long as browser history is not cleared.
  • Reader role permissions can be now scoped with tags to limit the devices that can be accessed.
  • Android client now shows if device enrollment and registration fails due to missing hardware identifiers. i.e. When device does not have a valid IMEI, Wi-Fi hardware address or serial number. In this case Android ID identification should be enabled from Infrastructure Diagram. For more information see device identification section in Android device management.
  • When an existing device is re-enrolled old location data is cleared from the device.
  • Administrators can now download CSV import templates.
  • File and application upload controls now show more detailed error information during failure.
  • Device variables, e.g. serial number or IMEI, can now be configured to iOS managed app configurations.
  • When deploying configuration profiles or applications to a device, currently "ongoing" deployments from the same configuration profile and/or application are cancelled before inserting new deployments to the queue.
