Location tracking for iOS
The latest Miradore service update extends location tracking also for iOS devices. With iOS location tracking, site administrators can locate devices on a map as well as get their current street addresses.
Location tracking is enabled on select devices by distributing a configuration profile. The configuration profile allows to define parameters for location tracking, such as data update intervals. When the configuration profile is deployed to an iOS device, it will also install Miradore Client application from App Store. The client application is responsible for requesting device locations from the device.
