You can manage and adjust streaming and connection quality of a remote control Support session based on the bandwidth of the connection.
Note: Stream settings are available only during a Remote control support session.
You can access the stream settings during an active session by clicking the Stream settings icon (
) on the toolbar.
Note: If you can't see the icon, click the Interaction panel (
) icon on the top right of the screen.
You can modify the following settings:
Show device user's wallpaper
If the bandwidth of the connection is too low, you can disable the device user's wallpaper with this radio button.
Stream quality
You can choose from four streaming quality settings. The Auto setting automatically adapts stream quality to the highest level the bandwidth of the connection can support.
