Miradore Enterprise Plan can be paid monthly or yearly – whichever works best for you.
On the monthly subscription, your credit card will be charged automatically once a month based on the number of devices enrolled to your Miradore site on the billing date.
How does the annual credit card payment work?
On the annual subscription, you pay for a certain number of 12-month licenses in advance.
One license is needed per device enrolled to your Miradore site.
You must purchase at least as many licenses as you have devices on your site. However, if you’re planning to enroll more devices to your site soon, you can also purchase additional licenses upfront and get the most out of the annual payment option. The licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. After the subscription period, your subscription will be renewed automatically for the number of devices enrolled if you don’t cancel your subscription before that.
If the number of devices enrolled to your site exceeds the total number of pre-paid licenses during the annual subscription period, the exceeding devices will be charged from your credit card at the then standard monthly price once a month. The exceeding devices will be charged monthly during your annual subscription period, even if you downgrade to the Free Plan, because the Enterprise features are available to you until the subscription period ends.
Benefits of the annual payment

FAQ & Troubleshooting
Here are answers to common questions about paying with annual payment.
Can I renew my annual subscription for more devices than are currently enrolled?
Yes. You can modify the number of additional annual licenses on the Next subscription period tab before the end of your current annual subscription period. There you will also see an estimate of the next annual subscription period costs.
When can I move from monthly billing to annual billing?
Anytime. If you move to the annual payment in the middle of your monthly subscription period, the remaining monthly period will be compensated to you by deducting the price of the unused monthly period from the next annual credit card payment.
Can I switch from invoicing to annual credit card payment?
Yes. If you are currently paying by invoice but would like to change to credit card billing, please contact your account manager.
Where can I see my subscription details?
You can check your current subscription from the Subscription tab of the System > Subscription page.
Where can I manage the next subscription period?

You can also see the start and end dates and estimated license costs for your next subscription period from the Next subscription period tab of the System > Subscription page. You can also change the number of additional licenses you want to buy upfront for the next subscription period.
Why did my credit card payment fail?

You can view billing receipts and payment history from the Billing history tab of the System > Subscriptions page. If your credit card is expired, or you want update the card information, you can do that from the Subscription tab.
What happens if my credit card payment is late?
Miradore sends a notification of each failed billing attempt to the email address provided on the billing contact information. Miradore also retries failed billing attempts automatically in case the failure was caused by a temporary card issue. If a credit card payment is late for 30 days or longer, your subscription could be set to Suspended status or downgraded to the Free Plan.
My subscription is suspended, what does that mean?
Your site subscription will be set to suspended status if any of your credit card payments are late for 30 days or more. When your site is suspended, all paid features of Miradore will stop working. Nothing changes on the user interface of Miradore, but Miradore freezes the network traffic between your managed devices and Miradore site. If your site is suspended, you can restore it back to normal by paying the payments that are late.
What happens if I downgrade?
Downgrade takes place after your already paid subscription period ends. Until then, you can continue to use the features included in your paid subscription of Miradore.
Can I switch back to monthly billing?
Yes, but the monthly subscription will start after your 12-month payment period has ended. You can manage your subscription plan from the Subscription plans tab of the System > Subscription page.
