Location tracking for Android

This update introduced location tracking for Android devices. Location tracking can be enabled on selected devices by distributing a configuration profile. Devices will then start collecting device location data and reporting it to Miradore. Device location coordinates are both placed on a map and also reverse geocoded as an approximate street address.

Location tracking is available for Business plan users.

Please note: in order to collect location tracking data from Android devices, Miradore Clients on these devices must to be updated to client version 2.2.1 or later.

Minor improvements

Among other minor improvements this release contained improvements in Android client connectivity as well fix for bug found in Android device memory sizes.

Please note: due to the connectivity improvements in Miradore Client for Android, we highly recommend to update all Miradore Clients for Android to latest client version (2.2.1 or later).
