This Miradore release brings some major improvements to Android device enrollment.
Android enrollment improvements
To make Android device enrollment simpler, the enrollment with the wizard is now divided into two different management types: Full and Light. Full management method is for enrolling devices to device owner mode, and Light is used for work profile or device administrator (legacy mode).
Additionally, enrollment wizard generates now the enrollment QR code that links Android devices to their users, when enrolling devices to the device owner mode.
QR code/ NFC enrollment page is made clearer and the settings can now be saved for the later use. The user interface shows the saved settings when a user returns to the Android Enterprise enrollment page.
Other improvements
- Android Enterprise enrollment (Enrollment > Android Enterprise) supports now also hidden WiFi networks.
