New Miradore subscription plan with Integrations and Remote support features

This release introduces a new subscription plan for Miradore. The Premium+ pricing tier complements Miradore Free and Premium plans with two new features: integrations for automated user management and remote support.

The Premium+ plan

Premium+ provides advanced device management and enables organizations to streamline their workflows with integrations and instant remote support. In addition to the Premium plan features, the Premium+ plan contains the following features: Remote support and Integrations.

Miradore subscription tiers

Unlock the full feature set and get unlimited access to all Miradore features: navigate to System > Subscription and upgrade your site's subscriptions to the Premium+ plan.

Automate user management with integrations

The Premium+ subscription plan enables you to integrate your Miradore with Microsoft Entra ID. This capability automates user management by synchronizing user data from Entra ID to Miradore and keeps it up to date in Miradore continuously. Up-to-date user data in Miradore streamlines device management, for example, by making device assignment to users easier.

Remote support for device users

Miradore integrates with GoTo Resolve to provide a tool for instant device user support. With the Premium+ subscription plan, the administrators can give device users fast and efficient support with their Android, Windows, macOS, and iOS devices. The remote support is included in the price of Premium+ and doesn't require any extra licenses.
