TeamViewer integration released on 21st of April, 2021

This release brings Miradore a new integration that helps you to assist your device users remotely. You can integrate your TeamViewer account to Miradore and start attended remote support sessions directly from Miradore. When you link your TeamViewer account to Miradore, you can use this feature on all of your Miradore sites that meet the requirements.

Requirements:

  • You have a TeamViewer account with a Premium, Corporate, or Enterprise license.
  • Your Miradore subscription is paid plan or Trial.
  • You have administrator or editor access to the Miradore site.
