Change to the file and app upload limit and enhancements to the Remote support

To answer our customers' feedback, we have enhanced the Remote support feature and removed the site's file and upload limit. In addition, we have released some fixes, and maintenance and UI improvements.

Feature updates

  • It is now possible to upload files and applications whose size exceeds 2.1GB.

Note: There are no changes to the total upload quota of the site, which is 5GB.

  • Starting remote support from the Device or User page directs the user straight to the GoTo Resolve session.
  • Users can now easily access the initial setup guide from the Remote support page.
  • The customer gets improved guidance on our Subscription plans inside the product.

Fixes

  • We have fixed the APNS issue that caused creating or renewing the certification for MDM on Apple's portal to fail.
