Description
Miradore customers were facing an issue with Apple Push Notification Certificate creation. When the CSR was uploaded to the Apple Push Certificates Portal, a 'Invalid Certificate Signing Request' error was returned (see image below), and the process could not continue.
The issue also affected other MDM vendors.
Existing Push Notification Certificates functioned normally and all Apple devices remained under management.
