Beta features provided by Miradore

Updated on October 17th, 2023

This article answers the questions of what a beta feature is, how to access it, and how to give feedback on it.

What is a beta feature?

A beta feature is a feature that is still a work in progress: initial development is completed, but it has not been extensively tested, and therefore, the final version is not ready yet.

A beta feature can be a completely new or an improved version of an existing functionality.

We release beta features to receive your feedback and enhance them to provide you with the best possible version of the features.

How to access a beta feature?

Some beta features will be available only for a selected group of customers, while others will be available for all.

To get first-hand experience with the new functionalities, engage in testing beta features.

How do I know if a feature is beta?

In Miradore, if you see the BETA label in the UI, it means that you are seeing a feature released for beta testing.

Beta features available for all customers are listed in the Release Notes as well.

How do I give feedback?

We can collect your feedback on the beta features in a couple of ways. You can share your experiences, for example, by filling in a survey accessible from the Miradore UI or sent to you in an email.

We appreciate your engagement in the beta testing and encourage you to actively report on the performance of the beta features so that we can further improve the features and tailor them to your needs.

Send us feedback by answering questions like:

  • How would you rate the user experience?
  • How does the feature perform in real-life production environments?
  • What issues did you run into while using it?
  • How easy is it to use the feature?
  • How much do you and your company benefit from the feature?
  • What improvements would best serve your needs and your company's business requirements?

We appreciate and rely on your feedback so that the MDM features can be further improved and made as easy to use as possible, with a focus on making the features highly beneficial for your organization and aligned with your business needs.
