Does Miradore offer a free trial of its paid plan?
Miradore offers a free 14-day trial of its Premium+ plan. After you have created an account ,the trial will start automatically. If for some reason the trial hasn’t been applied to your site, you can start the trial from the button located on the top of the screen. No credit card information is required at this point.
What are the methods of payment? Can I pay annually?
You may pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and in North America Amex) or invoice. The credit card payment is charged either monthly or annually.
If you choose to pay by invoice, a standard 12/24/36-month contract applies for all devices that will be enrolled. The invoice can be paid by bank transfer. If you wish to pay by invoice, please contact us.
Can I change plans at any time?
If you have chosen the monthly credit card payment, you are only charged monthly based on the number of devices enrolled in the system, and you can change plans or cancel at any time.
If you have chosen the annual credit card payment or you are paying by invoice, this also applies, but all sales are final.
Do you offer a discount for Educational Institutions or Non-Profit Organizations?
Yes, we offer a discount on the Premium Plan. Please contact us for further information.
