The Merge devices action allows you to reduce clutter in your Miradore device inventory (Management > Devices page) by combining two separate instances of the same device into one. This can come in handy if the same device was enrolled in Miradore again after it became unmanaged.
- Navigate to Management > Devices and open the device's page by double-clicking the device entry.
- Select Actions > Merge devices at the top of the page.
- In the Merge two devices dialog, select a device from the list using the radio button.
Note: Only devices with matching models and matching or missing identifiers can be selected. - Select Continue.
- Select Close to exit the dialog.
Results: Only one instance of the device entry remains in the inventory. The device is not affected by the change.
