Profile owner unenrollment was temporarily broken for Android devices.
We fixed this problem in Miradore Android Client version 2.9.0 (released on the 21st of September, 2021). Please, update the client on your Android devices, especially if you're planning to unenroll any Android devices.
Device unenrollment did not remove the Android work profile from a device although Miradore's user interface stated that the unenrollment was successful.
After the unenrollment attempt, Miradore did not accept any further communication from the client on that device. Therefore, the device user could have seen Miradore Client stating "Sync failed" on the device.
We identified and fixed a bug in processing the device unenrollment requests on the device.
