Partner Portal: automatic license top-up
We added a new feature called Automatic top-up to the Partner Portal. This feature allows you to automate license purchasing for your sites, saving you time and effort spent on tracking license availability.
Automatic top-up works as follows:
- Company Owners can enable the automatic allocation of new licenses to all Miradore sites connected to their company if the number of available licenses falls below the number of enrolled devices on a site.
- Automatic top-up applies to all Miradore sites linked to a company.
- Automatic top-up can be enabled only if all Miradore sites use the monthly invoice payment type.
- You can define the top-up value for each site separately.
- You can set email notifications for users when automatic license top-up is triggered for a site.

Improved VPP license handling in Miradore
We introduced an automated workflow for updating assigned VPP licenses, which helps prevent mismatches in the number of remaining licenses between Miradore and Apple. As a result, administrators should encounter the "License not found" error less frequently during VPP app installations. This improvement leads to more consistent deployments across iOS, iPadOS, and macOS, as well as fewer license‑related failures and retries.
