Minimum supported iOS version raised to iOS 13
We have increased the minimum supported version for iPhone and iPad devices from iOS 5 to iOS 13 and iPadOS 13 to keep Miradore up to date with the latest platform requirements and security standards. You can still manage and enroll your devices below iOS 13 or iPadOS 13, but for optimal operation and security, we recommend you update your devices running older iOS versions.
As a result of this change, we have updated the Miradore client for iPhone and iPad devices to version 1.0.3, which is distributed to devices running iOS 13/iPadOS 13 or later through the App Store. Future client updates will also be delivered only to devices running iOS 13/iPadOS 13 or later.

Static security code for temporarily exiting kiosk mode using the Home screen & kiosk mode configuration profile on Android devices
We implemented a Static security code option in the Home screen settings of the Home screen only, Kiosk mode with 1 app, and Kiosk mode with multiple apps configuration types of the Home screen & kiosk mode configuration profile. You can now define a custom security code that can be used across all devices on which the configuration profile is applied to temporarily exit the home screen or kiosk mode. Unlike the device's own security code, the static security code does not regenerate every 30 days, which means users can exit the home screen or kiosk mode anytime with the same security code.
As a result of this improvement, we have updated the Miradore client for Android to version 2.18.8 (Build 468). We recommend you update the Miradore client app on your managed devices to the latest version.

Enrollment profile created during connecting Miradore site with Apple ADE now uses the new enrollment profile settings form
With the recent introduction of the improved enrollment profile creation UI, we streamlined the flow of creating your first enrollment profile while connecting your Miradore site with Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE). As opposed to the multi-step wizard, the enrollment profile is now created using the same form as the one available on the Enrollment > Apple ADE page. After your first enrollment profile is created using the form, it is automatically saved as the default enrollment profile.

Bug fix for managed configurations for Android system apps
We fixed an issue where managed app configurations were not applied to system apps via business policies.
Previously, if an Android device was enrolled with the Keep system applications option disabled on the Enrollment > Android Enterprise page, and a system app was allowed through a Restrictions configuration profile, the business policy would report the managed configuration as deployed, but the configuration would not appear on the device.
Managed app configurations are now correctly applied to system apps deployed via business policies after enrollment.
