We are upgrading our security and load-balancing solutions, and this is affecting the network settings of our services.
If you have defined the firewall openings based on the static IP addresses for online.miradore.com, gateway.miradore.com, ejbca.miradore.com, *.mdm.gotoresolve.com, or mdm.gotoresolve.com replace IPs with the endpoint address:
online-production-d5cbbrbxc0dqbkcn.z01.azurefd.net
There is no action required in case you have used the DNS for the firewall openings.
Status: The new configurations become active
We are implementing the changes on Wednesday 29th of March 2023. The firewall openings based on the static IP addresses can not be used after the changes. Please use the new endpoint address or DNS-based configurations starting on Wednesday 29th of March 2023.
