Available from the sidebar, the Sites page shows an overview of the Miradore sites belonging to the company selected at the top of the MSP Portal.
On the top of the Sites page, the following information is available:
- Sites: the total number of Miradore sites belonging to the selected company and imported into the MSP Portal
- Total devices: the sum of active and inactive devices enrolled to all Miradore sites connected to the company
- Active devices: the total number of active devices enrolled to all Miradore sites connected to the company
- Sold licenses: the number of licenses the MSP has sold to their end customers.
- Monthly estimated cost: the automatically calculated monthly cost estimate for the MSP
- Sales revenue: the total revenue from licenses sold to the end customer
- Projected income: the expected income calculated from the difference between the Sales revenue and Monthly estimated cost data
Site list
The site list shows important information about the Miradore sites associated with the company selected at the top of the page, organized into a table.
Some of the columns are automatically populated with data, fetched directly from our database or calculated from other column entries. Others are manually added by the company Owner or Admin. Users with an MSP Portal Reader role cannot change data in the columns.
View customization and data export
The site list can be reordered based on the column headers and the order of columns can be changed by dragging and dropping column headers in the desired position. Use the Columns drop-down menu to show or hide columns.
With the Grid actions drop-down menu, you can do the following:
- Export current view (.csv): export data in your currently selected columns as a CSV file
- Export original data (.csv): export data in all available columns as a CSV file
- Reset grid: show all columns without having to select them in the column selector one by one
The search bar allows you to search for sites by name, unique name, subscription, and creation date.
Site data

Add data to the site list manually
To add data in the Sold licenses, Resale price, and Sold license currency columns, the user is required to have an Admin or Owner role in the MSP Portal. To change the value shown in the Auto top-up increment column, the user must have the Owner role. To add or modify data in the Sold licenses, Resale price, and Sold license currency columns, do the following:
- From the Sites page, open the page of the Miradore site of which you want to update the information by clicking its name or the data you want to update.

- On the Miradore site's page, select the Sold licenses tab, then select Edit.
Note: For Admins and Owners who do not have a user role on the selected Miradore site, only the Sold licenses tab is available. - Enter data as follows:
- Enter the number of Sold licenses in the text field or use the arrows to input the value.
- Enter the Resale price in the text field or use the arrows to input the value.
- Select the Sold license currency for the resale price using the drop-down menu.
- Optionally, add any information that might be relevant for you in the Notes field. Information entered in the Notes field does not appear on the Sites page.
- Select Save.
Add Miradore sites to the company
By default, the list of sites is empty. To add your Miradore sites to the company selected at the top of the MSP Portal, follow these steps:
- Select Import.
- Select the sites you wish to import for the company in the import wizard.
Important: Import new sites into the MSP Portal only after they appear on your invoice. - Select Import.

Remove Miradore sites from the company
Prerequisites
- Owner or Admin role in the MSP Portal
- Admin role in the Miradore site to be removed from the MSP Portal
You can remove Miradore sites from the selected company by following these steps:
- Tick the checkbox next to the name of the site, then select Remove from account. To remove all sites, select the checkbox at the top of the list.
- Confirm the removal in the Remove sites from MSP company window.
Note: If a site is removed while automatic top-up is enabled for the company, the automatic top-up value for that site is reset to 5. This way, if the site is imported into MSP Portal again, the automatic top-up increment for that site will be set to 5 by default.
Site dashboard
If you have an Admin role in a Miradore site that is added to the selected company in the MSP Portal, you can open a site's dashboard by clicking its name. You can navigate to the site in Miradore by selecting Go to site.

Overview
The Overview tab shows the following information:
- Total devices: the sum of active and inactive devices enrolled to the Miradore site
- Active devices: the total number of active devices enrolled to the Miradore site
- Devices by platform: a donut chart showing the number of devices enrolled to the Miradore site by platform
- Online statuses: a donut chart showing the number of devices enrolled to the Miradore site by status
- Device data security: a donut chart showing the number of devices enrolled to the Miradore site by level of device data security
Configuration profiles
The Configuration profiles tab shows all configuration profiles created for the Miradore site and allows you to import configuration profiles from the Miradore site to the MSP Portal.

You can import configuration profiles into the MSP Portal from the Configuration profiles tab of the site dashboard by following these steps:
- Select Import on the right.
- Tick the checkbox next to the configuration profiles you want to import, then click Select.
- Confirm the import by selecting Import in the Import configuration profiles from site window.
Permissions
The Permissions tab shows a list of the users that have access to the Miradore site, as well as information about their email address, first name, last name, role, and last login.
Subscription & payment
The Subscription & payment tab shows the following information about the site, fetched from the site list table:
- Subscription type
- Payment method
- Bought licenses
- Remaining licenses
- Payment interval (months)
- Bought license price
- Bought license currency
- Monthly estimated cost
- Site creation date
Sold licenses
The Sold licenses tab shows information about the Sold licenses, Resale price, Sold license currency, and Sales revenue. Here, the Admin or Owner can add or update details about licenses sold to end customers. This makes the data easy to access on the site list and enables the MSP Portal to automatically calculate sales revenue.
Automatic top-up
The following actions are available on the Automatic top-up tab:
- If automatic top-up is disabled, Owners can use the Enable automatic top-up option to enable it for all Miradore sites belonging to the company.
- If automatic top-up is disabled, Owners and Admins can use the Purchase licenses option to add licenses to the Miradore site.
