MSP Portal: My account

The My account menu, located in the upper-right corner of the MSP Portal contains the Profile and Log out menus.

The Profile menu redirects to the Manage your account page of the MSP Portal, where the following pages are available on the sidebar:

• Profile
• Password
• Two-factor authentication
• MSP Portal
• Log out

Profile

The Profile page allows you to view and change your personal information. While you cannot change your Username, you may modify the following data:

• First name
• Last name
• Phone number
• Locale
• Language
• Time zone

If filled in, your first name and last name appear on the Users page of the MSP Portal. Select Save to confirm the changes to your personal information.

Password

You may change your password used to log into the MSP Portal on the Password page by providing a new password, confirming it, then clicking Update password. Your current password is filled in by default.

Note: If you change your password on the MSP Portal, your password for the Miradore sites that you access with the same email address changes as well.

Two-factor authentication

To secure your MSP Portal account, you can enable two-factor authentication. Miradore uses the TOTP method for two-factor authentication, for which you can use any authentication app, such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator.

To set up two-factor authentication for your account, scan the provided QR code with your authentication app to add Miradore, then enter the authentication code. Select Enable two-factor authentication to finish setting up two-factor authentication for your account.

MSP Portal

Selecting MSP Portal on the sidebar redirects you to the Sites view of the MSP Portal.

Log out

Selecting Log out logs you out of the MSP Portal.
