MSP Portal: Configuration profiles

Available from the sidebar, the Configuration profiles page shows an overview of the configuration profiles created for all Miradore sites belonging to the company selected at the top of the MSP Portal.

Configuration profile list

The configuration profile list shows the following information:

• Name: the name of the configuration profile in Miradore
• Description: the description given for the configuration profile in Miradore
• Platform: the device platform the configuration profile was created for
• Type: the configuration profile type

View customization

The user list can be reordered based on the column headers and the order of columns can be changed by dragging and dropping column headers in the desired position. Use the Columns drop-down menu to show or hide columns. The Reset grid action allows you to show all hidden columns with one click.

The search bar allows you to search for users by email address, first name, last name, role, and last login.

Adding configuration profiles to your company

By default, the list of configuration profiles is empty. To add your configuration profiles to the MSP Portal, follow these steps:

1. Select Import.
2. Choose the site you wish to import configuration profiles from, then click Select.
3. Choose the configuration profiles you wish to import for the company by ticking the checkbox next to the profile's name, then click Select.
   To add all configuration profiles to the MSP Portal, tick the checkbox at the top of the list.

Note: You can only import configuration profiles from Miradore sites where you have an admin role.

Adding configuration profiles to a Miradore site

To add a configuration profile to a Miradore site, follow these steps:

1. Tick the checkbox next to the configuration profile, then select Add to site. To add all configuration profiles to a site, tick the checkbox at the top of the list.
2. Choose the site to which you want to add the configuration profile. To add the configuration profile to all available Miradore sites, tick the checkbox at the top of the list.
3. Select Add to site.

Removing configuration profiles from the company

You can remove configuration profiles from the list by following these steps:

1. Tick the checkbox next to the configuration profile, then select Remove. To remove all configuration profiles, tick the checkbox at the top of the list.
2. In the confirmation window, select Remove to finalize the removal.

Note: Removing a configuration profile from the company in the MSP Portal does not remove the configuration profile from your Miradore site or the device it was deployed to.
