Available only for Owners, the Company menu on the sidebar shows important information about the company to which the Miradore sites managed by the MSP are linked.
Company-related information and settings
The following details are visible on the Company page:
- Name: The company's name. This can be changed by the Owner.
- Date created: The date the company was created in the MSP Portal.
- Invoice interval: The frequency with which Miradore sends invoices to the MSP, expressed in months.
- Next invoice date: The upcoming date on which Miradore sends the next invoice to the MSP.
Note: Invoicing information cannot be changed on the MSP Portal. In case you have questions or requests regarding your invoices, contact your Miradore sales representative. - Automatic top-up: Allows you to enable or disable automatic license top-up for your company. See MSP Portal: Automatic top-up for detailed information and instructions.
- Top-up notification recipients: Allows you to define a list of users who receive email notifications when automatic license top-up is triggered for a site. This option is only visible if Automatic top-up is set to Enabled.
