Frequently asked questions for MSPs

Updated on October 13th, 2022

The following is a list of questions and answers that are common to many of our IT Service Providers and Managed Service Providers (MSP's).

Is it possible to have White Labeling with your solution for Managed Service Providers?

Yes, it is possible.  However, we require a commitment of at least 10,000 devices and there is a one-time setup fee.  Please contact us for further information.

Is there a separate contract needed to bundle your product with our services?

No. Our terms of service allow you as a service provider to bundle our product into your offering.

Is Miradore multi-tenant?

Yes, with a single-user account, you can manage multiple customers.

When managing multiple sites, is there a chance that my customers will see each other’s data?

No, we are a multi-instance system, meaning that different customers' data are stored in separate databases.

Do I receive an overview of all of my customers with Miradore?

Yes, the MSP Portal enables you to see all your Miradore customer instances in one place.

How do we pay?

We will bill you based on the total number of licenses issued to your client base.

Do you have special pricing for MSP’s?

Please contact sales for further information on volume pricing.

Do we add our customers to one site or each on their own site? What’s your recommendation on this?

For smaller customers, they can easily be managed on the same site. However, for larger clients, we certainly recommend individual sites. In the event that a customer requires access to a site, then it is imperative that the customer has their own site.

How do you integrate into other systems?

Miradore integrates with many technology partners enabling you to manage your devices smarter and more efficiently. Check Technology integrations for more.

We also have a RESTful API for easy integration. For more information see the Programmer’s guide to API v1 article.
