Enrollment instructions for Mac users

Your administrator wants to add your Mac to a management system called Miradore.

With Miradore, your administrator can ensure your device is secure and runs smoothly.


To enroll your Mac in Miradore, follow the steps below:

  1. Check your email inbox. You will shortly receive an email from Miradore which contains an enrollment link, username, and password.
  2. Open up the message and click the Enroll now button to start the process.
    • In case you cannot access your email with the Mac, you can also start the process by navigating to with the device's Safari browser and entering there the username and password from the email.

  3. A popup appears asking your permission to install Miradore Mobile Device Management. Click Install to continue.Install Miradore mobile device management
  4. There is more information about the capabilities of the MDM profile for the user on the next screen. Continue by clicking Install again.
  5. Permissions needed by Miradore MDM Profile
  6. You will be asked to verify your identity. Enter your device username and password. Notice that you should have administrator rights on the device.MDM profile for macOS
  7. After a successful installation, you will find the MDM profile under System Preferences > Profiles on the enrolled mac.User can remove MDM profile from a non-DEP associated mac
