Service alerts

Service alerts occur when there is a problem in the communication between your device and Miradore. Currently, you can receive the following notifications:

  • "APNS certificate has expired": Uploaded Apple Push Certificate has expired and Sync now commands cannot be sent to iOS devices. Navigate to System > Infrastructure diagram and renew the certificate.
  • "APNS certificate has been revoked": Uploaded Apple Push Certificate has been revoked from the Apple portal and Sync now commands cannot be sent to iOS devices. Navigate to System > Infrastructure diagram and renew the certificate.
  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
