Learn how to remove applications deployed using Miradore from your managed devices.
Requirements
Application management is only available in the Miradore Premium or Premium+ plan, or with an active trial.
Important information
Before removing a deployed application from your managed devices, take into consideration the following:
- If application installation fails, the application does not appear in the list of deployments.
- Some applications, for example, user-installed applications for iOS devices, cannot be uninstalled. In this case, the
icon to the right of the application's name is inactive (grayed out). - Android device users must accept the uninstallation on their devices.
Preparations
Before uninstalling an application, you might want to check which of your managed devices currently have it installed. You can do so by navigating to the Deployments tab of a device's individual page, or by opening an application's page from Management > Applications and selecting the Devices tab.

Uninstall an application from a single device
You can remove an application installed on a device through Miradore using the Deployments tab of the device page.
Note: In the case of Windows devices, only those applications that were added to Miradore using the MSI (file upload) or MSI (external URL) option can be removed through Miradore.
- Open the device's page and navigate to the Deployments tab.
- In the Applications section, select the
icon to the right of the application you want to remove to start the Remove application wizard. - Select Remove to confirm the application removal, then select Close to exit the wizard.
Results: The application is removed from the Deployments tab of the device page and uninstalled from the device.
Note: The application is not removed from your Miradore site and can be deployed to the device again.
You can monitor the progress of the action either on the Management > Action log page or on the individual devices' Device page available under Management > Devices.
Uninstall an application from multiple devices
You can remove an application from multiple devices at once by initiating the removal from the application's page.
Note: In the case of Windows devices, only those applications that were added to Miradore using the MSI (file upload) or MSI (external URL) option can be removed through Miradore.
- Navigate to Management > Applications and open an application's page by double-clicking it.
- On the Main tab, select the correct application version you want to remove from the devices.
- Select Actions > Remove application at the top of the page.

- Select the devices from which you want to remove the application by their checkboxes, then select Next.
- Select Remove to confirm the removal, then select Close to exit the wizard.
Results: The application is removed from the Deployments tab of the devices' individual pages and uninstalled from the devices.
Note: The application is not removed from your Miradore site and can be deployed to the device again.
You can monitor the progress of the action either on the Management > Action log page or on the individual devices' Device page available under Management > Devices.
