Enrollment log

Miradore's Enrollment log allows you to monitor all enrollment actions initiated from your site.

The Enrollment log page, available under the Enrollment category, lists all enrollment actions initiated from your Miradore site, along with useful information on status, users, enrollment profiles, and more.

Available actions

The Enroll button at the top of the page redirects you to the Enroll device page, where you can initiate device enrollment.

The Actions menu offers the following options if one or more event entries are selected by their checkboxes:

• Cancel enrollment: Cancels an enrollment action that is currently in progress.
  Note: Completed, Expired, Failed, Cancelled, and Deleted enrollment actions cannot be canceled.
• Retry enrollment: Retries the enrollment action.
  Note: Expired enrollment actions cannot be retried.
• Delete: Removes the enrollment action from the Enrollment log.

Customize the Enrollment log table

The columns of the Enrollment log table can be displayed or hidden using the Select columns drop-down menu. To show or hide a column, select the drop-down menu, check or uncheck the column name's box, then select Apply. The following columns are available:

• Status: The status of the enrollment action. This can be one of the following:
  • Queued: The enrollment action is queued, but the device has not connected to the server yet.
  • In progress: The enrollment process has started.
  • Enrolling certificate: Certificate enrollment is in progress.
  • Waiting for check in: Waiting for the device to connect to Miradore.
  • Completed: The enrollment process finished successfully.
  • Expired: The enrollment process was not completed on the device and is no longer in progress.
  • Failed: The enrollment process could not complete due to an error.
  • Cancelled: The enrollment process has been canceled.
• Created: The date and time when the enrollment action was initiated.
• Type: The enrollment method.
• Email: The email address of the user assigned to the device.
• User: The name of the user assigned to the device.
• Phone number: The phone number of the user assigned to the device.
• Model: The device's model.
• Marketing name: The device's marketing name.
• Sender: The originator of the enrollment action. Either an administrator's email address or, in the case of Automated Device Enrollment, Device enrollment program is displayed in this column.
• Tags: Tags that are automatically assigned to the device during enrollment, for example dep (Apple Automated Device Enrollment) or afw (Work profile enrollment).
• IMEI: The device's IMEI number.
• Serial number: The device's serial number.
• Enrollment profile: The enrollment profile selected for Automated Device Enrollment (Apple devices only).

Double-clicking the row of an entry or selecting the arrow in the last column of the table opens the device's page if available.
