Export and import configuration profiles

Configuration profiles can be exported from one Miradore site and imported to another site. This can speed up the implementation of new customer instances for MSPs.

Requirements

You must have a Miradore Premium or Premium+ subscription or an active trial.

Export a configuration profile

1. Navigate to Management > Configuration profiles.
2. Select one or multiple configuration profiles by their checkboxes.
3. Select Actions > Export.
   
   Result: The Export configuration profile wizard opens.
4. Select Download, then Close.

Results: The exported configuration profile template is downloaded as a JSON file.

Import a configuration profile

1. Navigate to Management > Configuration profiles.
2. Select Actions > Import.
   
   Result: The Import configuration profile wizard opens.
3. Select Upload and select the configuration profile template JSON file you want to import from your file manager.
4. Select Import, then Close.

Results: The imported configuration profile appears in the list of configuration profiles.
Note: If the configuration profile does not appear in the list immediately, select Refresh at the top of the table.
