How to downgrade your subscription?

What happens when you downgrade?

When you downgrade, you will lose access to the paid features when your subscription period ends. If you have deployed configuration profiles and applications to the managed devices, those will not be removed even when reverted to the Free plan. They will not be available for configuration along with the other paid plan features until you choose to upgrade again.

If you are downgrading from the annual Premium plan, please notice that your credit card might still be charged during the pending downgrade to cover the devices that exceed the total number of annual licenses you have bought on your site.

How to downgrade?

The following instructions describe how to downgrade or end your Miradore subscription. These steps cover credit card payments. Please contact us if you have paid by invoice. See About payment methods for more information.

1. Navigate to System > Subscription where you can see the current details of your subscription.

2. Go to the Subscription plans tab and click the Change subscription button of the Subscription plan that you want to activate. This will start a guided wizard to change your site subscription. Choosing the Free plan will end your subscription.

3. Click Confirm to apply the changes.
