User roles and rights

A new user role company administrator has been added to Miradore support & downloads portal. This new role enables user(s) to have a complete view to all company operations. Company administrators can:

  • View company users and remove users from the company
  • Reset users’ passwords
  • Assign license key administrator rights to company users
  • View all company tickets

The company administrator role is granted to named users by Miradore support team based on a company request.

Other improvements

  • Navigation menu was reorganized into sections
  • My tickets view shows user’s own tickets and their statuses
