Nominations in Miradore Management Team
Miradore strengthens its management team with the appointments of Jere Jutila to lead Professional Services, and Sami Mäkiniemelä to lead Innovation & Support.
Jere has been with Miradore since the company was established in 2006. During his years in Miradore, he has been involved in dozens of customer and partner projects, from pre-sales to implementation and support, finding and implementing solutions to a variety of customer challenges. Before joining Miradore, Jere had obtained years of experience in IT operations and services management in a global enterprise environment.
Sami has been with Miradore since 2011 and has worked in company’s highly acclaimed customer support, as well as in product development roles covering quality and release management. Prior to joining Miradore, Sami had acquired a decade’s worth of experience from working in various software development roles, including mobile software development and testing, customer collaboration, up to the role of Senior Team Manager in Digia.
The other members continuing in Miradore management team are Marko Ruusinen as CEO, Paul Palojärvi as VP, International Sales, Mika Liukko as COO, and Simo Kari as Chief Content Officer. The management team is introduced on our web pages.

Miradore Certified for ServiceNow Eureka

We are proud to introduce Miradore Academy, an education portal for Miradore trainings and certifications.
Miradore Academy is aimed at all Miradore users and stakeholders that want to learn more about the use of Miradore products and share their knowledge and tips with other people.
Miradore Academy features a public self-learning area that contains a lot of step-by-step guides for performing different tasks in Miradore, and we are constantly adding new guides based on the users’ demand. Use of the public self-learning area requires a free registration.
