Important information regarding remote-support for Samsung devices running Android 15

If you want to offer remote support using tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or our excellent remote support solution LogMeIn Resolve, which is included in our Premium+ plan, there are a few steps you need to take.

Starting with Android 15, Samsung will restrict remote control API capabilities on MDM managed devices. So if you don’t have a robust mobile device management solution in place, feel free to contact our sales team.

If you’re already a Miradore customer, you can use Miradore to enable remote support capabilities via the KNOX Service Plugin. Below, you’ll find a screenshot and example values. These values work for our outstanding remote support tool, LogMeIn Resolve.
