IDC Names Miradore an Innovator in Unified Endpoint Management

2 min read

Technology research firm International Data Corporation (IDC) published an IDC Innovators report profiling three technology providers that are considered key emerging vendors in the unified endpoint management (UEM) software market.

Miradore is proud to be one of the companies profiled.

“The increases in workforce mobility, diversification of devices and use cases, and the increased legislative requirements, such as GDPR, do not only concern enterprises,” explained Valtteri Kekki, CTO of Miradore. “It is also of absolute importance that the SMB market have access to a unified solution for the entire ecosystem, with both low impact and high value.”

For managed service providers (MSPs), “the efficiency of managing multiple environments adds its own compound factor, and a UEM solution like ours does not exist elsewhere in the market,” added Kekki.

“Endpoint device deployments in enterprises today have never been more diverse in terms of use cases, device form factors, and varying operating system types,” said Phil Hochmuth, program director, Enterprise Mobility at IDC, in a press release. “The three vendors named as IDC Innovators reflect the heterogeneous nature of end-user computing and endpoint device management requirements among enterprises and SMBs today and in the future.”

Miradore provides world-class, easy to use IT and mobile device management solutions with powerful features that the SMB market needs. Customers trust Miradore for several reasons, including:

  • Miradore offers the only truly free mobile device management (MDM) solution for an unlimited number of devices, enabling enterprises to identify, secure, and configure all of their devices.
  • Customers can implement corporate or BYOD across their organizations with an extended solution that secures, controls, tracks, restricts, and silently deploys apps and configurations.
  • Companies can further strengthen IT asset management via the monitoring of both hardware and software, OS deployment, patch management, endpoint backup, and remote assistance and control, in order to ensure efficiency and compliance.

“We have an MSP-friendly package that just works,” added Simo Salmensuu, CEO of Miradore. “And it is great to have the innovativeness of our vision recognized and affirmed by a leading global provider of market intelligence like IDC.”

IDC Innovators reports present a set of vendors – under $100 million in revenue at time of selection – chosen by an IDC analyst within a specific market that offer an innovative new technology, a groundbreaking approach to an existing issue, and/or an interesting new business model.
