Miradore Online beta program reached the milestone of 200 created sites in the beginning of this week, and continues its steady progress forward (see Paul Palojärvi’s blog post for more information on the flying start). As the numbers grow, we have also received a bunch of questions, which have been addressed by our Online Support team. In case you are wondering what the others are asking, here are the most frequently asked questions along with our answers to them.

Is it possible to create multiple sites to Miradore Online with one user account?

Yes, you can create multiple sites to Miradore Online with one user account. When you want to create a new site to Miradore Online, go to the registration page, enter the desired site name to the Company field, and fill in your previously registered user account and password.

Will you add support for Windows Phone? When?

Yes. We are currently working on the Windows Phone support and expect to release it during this spring.

Will we lose our data when moving from beta phase to production?

No, don’t worry. All the devices you have added and all the configurations you have made will remain as they are when moving from beta phase to production. We are planning to release the production version before June.

How often do you update the beta environment?

Almost weekly, based on your feedback.
