Simo Salmensuu was appointed CEO of Miradore in March 2016. An IT industry veteran since 1998, Simo brings broad experience and a strong global network to the company. Prior experience includes management roles at Taiwanese networking manufacturer Zyxel, Finnish software company Comptel, and worldwide Nokia Networks. Simo holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Helsinki.

Jere Jutila has been with Miradore since the company was established in 2006. During his years at Miradore, he has been involved in dozens of customer and partner projects, including pre-sales, support, and finding and implementing solutions to a variety of customer challenges. Before joining Miradore, Jere held roles in IT operations and services management in a global enterprise environment.
During his years at Miradore, Jere’s responsibilities have included technical sales, customer training, consultation, and implementation projects. Currently he is working in sales and is responsible for key account management.

Sami Mäkiniemelä has been with Miradore since 2011 and has led Miradore product development teams and the company’s highly acclaimed customer support organization. Sami has also worked in product development roles covering quality and release management.
Prior to joining Miradore, Sami acquired a decade’s worth of experience in various software development roles, including mobile software development and testing and customer collaboration. He also served as Senior Team Manager at Digia.
Currently Sami is working in sales and is responsible for key account management. Sami holds an M.Sc. from Lappeenranta University of Technology.

Regional Sales Director
Jeremy Allen has been with Miradore since August 2016 and was appointed as EU Sales Director in November 2017.
During his years at Miradore, Jeremy has covered two other important roles, as Account Manager and Channel Manager, and continues to support these initiatives.
Prior to joining Miradore, Jeremy gained over a decade of experience in Sales Management, Financial Services Management, and Sales in his home country of Canada.

Valtteri Kekki has been the CTO of Miradore since 2017. Prior to this role, he has served as the Technical Director and also a Product Manager since joining the company in 2011. He is also an experienced software developer.

Ville currently serves as Product Director at Miradore and is responsible for the development of Miradore Online’s UEM capabilities. He oversees the product roadmap, interfaces with R&D to prioritize feature development, and regularly addresses unique customer challenges to ensure success.
The very first employee of Miradore, Ville started with the company as a Software Developer. He has worked with the company for over 13 years, holding such positions as Customer Service Manager, Support Specialist, and Manager of Desktop Platforms. This has enabled Ville to hold the most in-depth knowledge of the product, participating in the launch of dozens of features that have evolved over time.

Erik Wästlund is co-founding partner at Standout Capital, a private equity firm investing in growing Nordic tech companies. Erik has a 20 year international experience from London and New York as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, co-founder of fintech company StreamVPN ltd and partner at tech investor New Street Capital. Erik currently serves on the board of BCB Medical Oy.
Nathalie Benzing is an operations and go-to-market technology executive with over 18 years of experience scaling and transforming businesses in North America, Europe and Asia. As COO of TradeGecko, one of Singapore’s fastest growing B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) companies, she led the scaling and expansion of its worldwide business, including opening its North American office. As Autodesk’s Global Head of Acquisition Integration, she led the integration of more than 60 acquisitions that drove its transformation from a software-in-a-box into a SaaS company.
Kim Väisänen is a serial entrepreneur and start-up investor who has received more than dozen awards and prizes. Honours include such recognitions as Entrepreneur of the Year by EY, ICT Company of the Year by Computerworld Finland and Internationalization Awards of the President of the Republic of Finland. He was the CEO and Co-Founder of Blancco Ltd, which became a London Stock Exchange listed company during his tenure. Prior to Blancco he was the Founder, CEO and President of OK-Teline Ltd.
Ari-Pekka Salovaara is managing director in one of the biggest SaaS/Cloud companies in Nordics, Visma Solutions Oy with 25 M€ revenues and 100 000 end-customers in several countries. He has founded Severa Oyj (Acqd by Visma), Nexon Consulting Oy (Acqd by Wise Group) and was chosen as Young Entrepreneur of the Year in Finland. He is angel investor in several tech companies including Paytrail Oyj (Acqd by Nets), MOI Mobiili, DealDash and MariaDB.
Fredrik Rönnlund is a seasoned go-to-market entrepreneur and executive with experience from building companies in the US and Finland. He holds a double master’s degree in Engineering and Economics and has lived in the US and Japan. He founded DigitalBooker, Finland’s largest online booking platform (acqd by Visma), built the sales and marketing teams at Vaadin in the US, and currently builds scalable sales at Valohai. As a senior generalist he holds a board position in four companies, helping the leadership teams scale at the intersection of products, marketing and sales.
