Management Team

	Kristian Järnefelt CEO Kristian Järnefelt has over 20 years' experience in the ICT industry. This includes being the CEO of a telecom start-up company Concilio Networks Oy. Prior to that he served Hewlett-Packard for 12 years in multiple sales, marketing and general management roles, including the Director of Marketing, Communications and Planning for Finland and the Baltics. His last assignment at HP was the Country Manager of the Baltic Countries. Kristian was also a Management Team member of HP Finland for 5 years. Kristian is also an experienced entrepreneur and his first company, MacImport Oy was sold to Tieto Oyj in 1992. Kristian has been a part owner or co-founder in several other companies during his career. Kristian holds a MSc in Business Administration from Helsinki School of Economics.
	Kai Eerola Vice President, Sales and Marketing Kai Eerola is Vice President Sales and Marketing for Miradore and has over 15 years of broad expertise in sales and marketing executive positions in various international companies, including HP, Sun Microsystems, EMC Computer Systems and Ricoh. He has also held the positions of Marketing Director for Asia-Pacific and Country Manager Australia & New Zealand for Stonesoft and demanding EMEA and Nordic partner development position for EMC Computer Systems. Kai has joined Miradore to support and enable sales growth in all geographic areas. Kai has MBA from Henley Management College.
	Mika Liukko Co-founder and CTO Mika Liukko is one of the founders of Miradore and works as its Chief Technology Officer. Mika has almost 20  years’ global experience designing, leading, and building IT solutions in international teams and has had several management positions during his career.
	Paul Palojärvi Co-founder and Vice President, R&D and Services Paul Palojärvi is one of the founders of Miradore and leads its Research and Development function. Paul has almost 20 years' experience in developing and implementing IT solutions in Europe, North America, and Asia. Paul has extensive experience leading international teams and has successfully led more than 20 global IT development projects, generating cost-efficiency and enhanced productivity.
